Spray Manifolds Enhance Vapor Zone Cleaning
When standard vapor degreasing isn't enough, ULTRA™ Vapor with Spray Degreasers provide the added cleaning power needed for difficult parts and stubborn contaminants. Designed for industrial applications, these systems deliver fast, reliable cleaning while minimizing solvent emissions and operating costs.
Spray manifolds can be added to vapor only units to give an additional layer of cleaning to blind holes and complex geometries.
Spray manifolds can be customized to meet your cleaning needs (# of spray nozzles and/or type of spray pattern).
Large spray reserve tank ensures availability of solvent for spray
The manifolds automatically turn on and off as part of the basket processing automation recipe…if automation is a part of the system.
