The AeroTron blends are excellent vacuum degreasing solvents, providing exceptional cleaning while being safer for your people and the environment. AeroTron solvents are not subject to NESHAP Regulation. They are also direct TCE replacement and nPB replacement solvents. AeroTron blends are non-flammable, azeotropic and have a favorable regulatory profile in that they are not Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAP) and do not require special NESHAP operating permits…so you can keep degreasing in your current vacuum degreasing system.

For many companies, nPB based solvents are still a viable economical option and can be used in vacuum degreasing equipment. nPB solvents have a long history of effective cleaning and have been used to replace TCE for years. nPB based vacuum degreasing solvents have exceptional cleaning capability leaving no residue, while being fast evaporating, non-flammable, azeotropic and distillable.
