The ULTRA Automated Basket Handling Elevator (BHE) will ensure consistent part cleaning every time.

The BHE will automatically process part baskets (with the lid closed or open) according to the cleaning recipe selected by the operator.

There are up to 20 separate part cleaning recipes can be programmed into PLC. The PLC touchscreen control (turns on ultrasonics as part of recipe).

The BHE has a 35 lb. part basket weight capacity and a cycle Status Pendant light lets the operator know when the cleaning cycle is complete. With state-of-the-art engineering, the BHE provides processing versatility while increasing productivity.
