Reliance Specialty Products presents the ULTRA Super Critical Cleaning system with Automated Rotating Basket.

The ULTRA cleaning system has 3 immersion tanks for super critical cleaning applications. The automation starts with loading baskets at ground level.

The PLC controller moves the basket through the vapor zone, or directly into the immersion sumps; where ultrasonics can be turn on and off as specified in the part cleaning recipe.

The part basket will pause in the Refrigeration Zone for drying and then return to the start position for basket load & unload.
