The Reliance ULTRA Automated Basket Handling Systems (BHS) process parts inside the vapor degreaser minimizing worker-solvent interaction while increasing productivity and consistency of part cleaning.

The part cleaning recipes are stored in the automated PLC controlled system, allowing baskets to be loaded at ground level and then, with a press of a button, processed. The system moves the part basket up and into the unit to clean the parts to consistent and complete critical cleaning. The automated capabilities even allow for multi-dip into the ultrasonic solvent bath. When the cycle is done, the parts are returned to the start position - completely clean, dry and ready for the next manufacturing process.
