Sub-Zero Retrofit Module
The Big Benefits of the Sub-Zero Retrofit Module:
Enables your company to continue to use solvents subject to NESHAP regulation like nPB, TCE and MC
Allows you to continue to use your large vapor degreaser
Mitigates the expense of a new vapor degreaser
Significantly reduces solvent emissions
Increases solvent containment
Reduces solvent and operating costs
Enables you to efficiently use advanced engineered fluids like AeroTron™-100
ULTRA™ Sub-Zero Benefits
Specifically engineered to your current system
Turn-key module that is easy to install
A split roll-top cover (that opens with a press of a button on the control panel)
Two sets of alternating condensation sub-zero coils
Installed sub-zero refrigeration
Its own stand alone electrical system
Rigging points for installation
Simple engineering and stoutness of design for durability and ease-of-maintenance
Cost effective operation and maintenance
Effective with a variety of non-flammable solvents, including chlorinated, brominated and fluorinated
State-of-the-art engineering based on a best practices for simplicity, field supportability and reliability
Minimal solvent emissions and reduced operating costs due to NESHAP Compliant coils
Specifically Engineered to Your System
The Sub-Zero Retrofit would be specifically engineered to your system based on our visit to your site, but in general it would be similar to the photos with a split door, two sets of alternating condensation sub-zero coils, installed sub-zero refrigeration, it's own electrical system and rigging points for installation.
Schedule Your Technical Discussion Today
We would be pleased to discuss the retrofit at your convenience. Let us know when would be good on your end. Give us a call at 847.640.8923 or contact us.
Considering Your Vapor Degreaser's Suitability for Sub-Zero Retrofit
① We will work with you to review and assess your current vapor degreaser by asking a variety of questions to understand your current vapor degreasing system.
② We would then consult with our engineering and production department to ascertain if your system would be a good candidate for the retrofit.
③ If so, we will give you a budgetary price quote for your planning and budgeting, including the initial site-visit pre-planning phase.
④ If your company decides to go forward with the sub-zero option, we would plan an on-site visit at your plant for the inspection and planning review of the vapor degreaser before the start of plan engineering drawings. The various options will become apparent once we are on site and have discussions with you and your team.
⑤ It is possible that with the on-site visit we might identify conditions that might require a revision of our price quotation, such as tank top or tank wall supports or some other conditions that might make the system unsuitable as a candidate for the retrofit module. If, after the site visit, the project does not seem tenable, only the cost of the site visit will be charged.
⑥ The Sub-Zero Retrofit Module is turn-key in that it comes out to you as a completed assembly: the refrigeration, lid system and electrical control system are turn-key. The vapor degreaser would need to be cleared of the existing lid and any other obstructions and then the modular system is placed on top of the existing tank.
