We recognize that the total cost of cleaning is more than just the cost of the solvent. That is why with EnTron-Aero you find a competitively priced product, and a full compliment of support personnel, and performance characteristics that enhance the cost-effectiveness of choosing EnTron-Aero:
EnTron-Aero is approved for use on Titanium and is formulated to be compatible with all metals and a broad range of elastomers and plastics.
EnTron-Aero's low surface tension, high evaporation rate and powerful solvency make it ideal for removing contaminants from parts with blind holes
and complex geometries or for batch cleaning of multiple small parts in vapor degreasing and ultrasonic cleaning applications.
EnTron-Aero is highly effective in cleaning organic contaminants such as oils, greases, lubricants, coolants, drawing fluids, adhesives, waxes, fluxes and flux residues.
EnTron-Aero is a powerful, safe alternative to TCE (Trichloroethylene) and PERC (Perchloroethylene) has been approved under BAC5408 for use as a drop-in replacement for TCE and PERC in aerospace vapor degreasing and ultrasonic cleaning. The physical properties (no flash point, fast evaporation, 160°F boiling point, solvency power, extended bath life, stability, and distillation) and favorable regulatory profile make EnTron-Aero ideal for replacing chlorinated solvents.
EnTron-Aero is an advanced solvent formulation with a favorable regulatory profile. It does not require the environmental reporting procedures, such as NESHAP or OSHA HAZCOM that TCE does. EnTron-Aero also has a very low global warming potential (.0005), and very low ozone depletion potential (.016), while requiring less energy in vapor cleaning because of its lower boiling point (160°F) than TCE. Clearly, when you consider the improved environmental profile and H&S profile of EnTron-Aero, it becomes the better choice.
